Mimi, a Positively Purrfect Cat!

POSITIVELY PURRFECT: Mimi!

At STAF, we have a population of cats that are FIV (and FeLV) positive. What does this mean? It means that those among this precious population need to ensure their immune systems stay healthy since their systems can sometimes be suppressed due to the virus. With consistent veterinary visits, FIV positive cats can live happily with other (negative) cats in a home as long as everyone gets along well.

Mimi is a beautiful FIV positive girl who is often found basking in the midday sun that shines into her room. If you’re lucky enough to get a front-row seat, she greets you with a cheerful chirp and curious green eyes. Mimi is around 4 years old and has, to our delight, taken on the role of Official Room Greeter. Her undertaking of this esteemed role means that anyone who enters her humble abode receives a warm welcome and Mimi often ‘chit-chats’ with our volunteers.

OFFICIAL VOLUNTEER REVIEW: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5 stars)

“Oh I absolutely love that girl. Mimi has the personality of a much larger cat, in the best possible way.” -Sydney
